Tonight is the night! Awana is starting up again at 6:00 pm for kids ages 3 - 12. This kid’s club includes fun games, Bible memory and teaching. It’s time to get our little wooden race cars ready for the big Car Rally at the end of January. For more information, call Sheri Pomery at 589 - 9827.
Young Adults continue to meet on Wednesday evenings, 6:00 pm at Curtis and Melissa Daley’s home (584 - 3651) and 7:00 pm at Heather Snider’s home (584 - 3618).
The Thursday afternoon study will start again on January 20th at 1:00 in the family room at the church. We all want a faith that won't let us down in times of trouble or loss, uncertainty or fear. James writes about a faith that can pull us through the worst- and best- times in our lives. Studying James will help us grow this steadfast faith.

January 19
We are turning the church into a work shop on Saturday, January 22, 9 - 12:00 am. Bring your Awana car kit and get it ready for the Grand Prix on Saturday, January 29. Regular meetings, for kids ages 3 - 12, are held on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm. Sheri Pomery can tell you more, 589 - 9827.
Small groups are all up and running now. Young Couples are studying "Crazy Love” by Francis Chan. What does God truly want from us ? Join us at Curtis and Melissa Daley’s, 26 Thompson, 584 - 3651. Young Adults meet with Heather Snider at 118 Frontenac, 7:00 pm. Andy Stanley's "Defining Moments” is the subject of discussion. This study encourages some really deep thinking.
The Thursday afternoon study meets at the church at 1:00 pm. We are beginning a study of James that will help us grow a steadfast faith that can carry us through life. Gail Bolton is the leader of this group.

Gentlemen, start your engines! Or in this case, KIDS start your engines. The Awana Grand Prix is tonight, Wednesday at 6:00 pm. The clubbers have been working hard preparing their wooden cars for the big race. Come on out and cheer them on.
Valentine’s Day is coming soon. So, here’s an event to put on your calendar. Real Hope is having a Pot Luck Dinner for adults (singles and couples) age 18 and older. Join us for an evening of light hearted fun on Saturday, February 12 at 6:00 pm. To RSVP, please call Laura Lankin at 584 - 9225.
